When Internet Explorer restarts, at the bottom of the screen a notice may appear that says, 'The 'Java(tm) Plug-In SSV Helper' add-on from 'Oracle America, Inc.' is ready to use.' Click Don't Enable.Restart Internet Explorer to complete the process.' click to select and then in the lower-right corner of the screen click the Disable button.
